remove key previews #207

Key previews are the little bubbles that pop up when you press a key.  In 
some situations they do more harm than good; disabling them should be an 
option.

Yeah, I could definitely use more responsiveness... but I've been running on 
debug 
packages for quite a while now..  It's a shame my Android SDK is jacked..
