Reason: backups are unlimited

Description:

can you add a limit for backups

setup menu limits for backups on each Server Template, and automatic scheduled 
backup.

good sugest, yes limit by user no by template or other

ex:

vm003 allow 4 backup
vm005 allow 6 backup

it's  right ?
