Remove the 'make contacts in this aspect visible to each other?' option #120

This is an advance PR to be merged when https://github.com/diaspora/diaspora/pull/7769 is merged. (Pinging @SuperTux88 so you know this is here and ready.)

I've included a mock-up of the 'add aspect' dialogue box with this option removed.

This includes no changes to text (only the complete removal of one string) so will not require fresh translations.

Since diaspora/diaspora#7769 is now merged, I already pushed this to production (even when the change is not released yet), I think it's OK to already remove it from the website since some pods already have it removed now.
