Converting from Diablo to Hellfire resets item state #6561

Describe

When converting a MP save game from Diablo to Hellfire all item states, such as durability and identified state, will be lost.

To Reproduce

  1. Find a magic item and identify it.
  2. Rename save from .sv to .hsv
  3. Load up the game in helfire (things will look normal)
  4. Start a new game, you item will now be unidentified
