update zh_CN.po #7182

Main changes:

  1. Standardize punctuation (such as “……”) and fill in the missing punctuation at the end of some sentences.
  2. Fix some wrong translations. (e.g. "lead tester" was translated as "铅试验器" which means "an experimental device made of metal lead".)
  3. Some more consistent and accurate wording are used in the translation. (e.g. the "sign" of Ogden, now translated as "招牌".)
