Add Turkish-specific graphics for "i" #7189

The graphics were added to the devilutionx-assets repo in https://github.com/diasurgical/devilutionx-assets/pull/15 and updated here by running:

tools/update_bundled_assets.sh ~/devilutionx-assets

I've only added the graphics for font size 12 (other font sizes can be done similarly):

These graphics will be used when the language code is set to "tr" (thanks to https://github.com/diasurgical/devilutionX/pull/6380).
