Look over the code from David and identify the variables forestTIME needs to return to support carbon estimation.

Additional tables queried:

rs (ref species) REF_SPECIES
cull_decay - I can't find this one in the FIADB user guide. It's used to get a cull_decay_ratio column. On a fairly quick skim it looks like this is overwritten using softwood/hardwood cull decay ratios which might be in the ref species table?
