For a given distribution, do AICc values for empirical differ from what you'd get drawing from fs or mete?

What kinds of things can you compute likelihood for?

distributions themselves

summary statistics - in principle anything? get a distribution of, say leg coeffs; fit that dist; get probable values. This feels icky.
