Figure 5 updates #40

Finally turned figure 5 into a quad plot 🎉 !

The notebook is gather/gather_report.ipynb in the https://github.com/dib-lab/2021-paper-sourmash-gather-pipeline repo.

The figure plotted by that notebook, images/gather-podar.svg, is also updated in the paper.
