conda_viz_abc looks really great! I love the added graphic, it makes it clear how to use envs in a workflow. I think there's a floating blue line that's not supposed to be there in part C.
multiqc_viz is it possible to make the multiqc part only contain the 4 input files that are shown from fastqc?
checksum_fil I love the added file! That was a great idea.
version_control_diff_lines also looks great!
