There's one typo i suggested and mrg'd the change for.

Noting that mamba was totally taken out. Should we add that back in somewhere? I think it's important to note that the ecosystem conda ushered in is here to stay, even if conda becomes replaced. Might make the advice in the paper age a little better, tho not sure how important that is.

Also made a comment about snakemake and --use-conda, which I think needs to be changed to be more true/reflective of user options

@taylorreiter I made the example more general. Not sure if it's better this way, or too convoluted.
