I started with adding the latest (v10) OrthoDB version integration. However I'm unsure what would be the best way to provide users also to choose the version 8 of OrthoDB to provide backward comparability. Nevertheless, I think it is still a draft as a step that would add organism and gene names to the orthoDB match is missing.
I added the flush command to print because the print commands were not written to the output file of a HPC cluster batch job. However I'm unsure if this is a general problem or something related to my university cluster only.
