Add threads to fastqc step

Pros:

• speeds this step up a lot
• we can be sure that the machine they're using has multiple threads

Cons:

• one more thing for the user to think about
• different environments will have different number of available threads

Trimmomatic auto-detects threads when not explicitly specified.
