There's an installation problem with fastqc:

.zip files output, but not .html Throws two different errors:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: /etc/fastqc/Configuration/adapter_list.txt (No such file or directory)

and

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: No key called gc_sequence:ignore in the config data

Some googling results show others have had this issue. A bit complicated for now. Can revisit later.
