typo and broken links in readme #80

Hi @bluegenes! I just downloaded eelpond and tried the test dataset and noticed a few things:

  1. First line typo: Eel Pond Protocal

  2. These links are broken:

  1. The test file failed the first try using a m5.large instance on AWS. lastdb had an out of memory error. Re-running worked, though.

The links work in the rendered site: https://dib-lab.github.io/eelpond/ just not on the github page...I noticed it earlier too. I'm not sure if there's a way to get them to render properly in both :/
