Explanation for my-samples.tsv headers? #81

I'm struggling to find a description of the headers in my-samples.tsv. fq1 and fq2 are reasonably self explanatory, but do 'sample', 'unit' and 'condition' have specific meanings? Can they be any variables I want? For instance, the sample file implies that the 'unit' needs to be a three digit integer...is that true?

They can be anything you like, but maybe be cautious of special characters, especially underscores? I haven't tested those cases. I will add more info to the docs.
