kDataframe PHMAP #71

kDataframe PHMAP doesnt pass the test cases.

iterate over all kmers and multi-column

multi-column !!? Is not kDataframe PHMAP still in the single column implementation stage?

kDataframe MAP is working fine with multi column. PHMAP should works
