This is a protocol for reference based transcriptome assembly. Materials are based on and extending two workshops given at MSU by Titus Brown and Matt Scholz on Dec 4/5 ad Dec 10/11. Both workshops were sponsored by iCER and made use of the MSU High Performance Compute Center.

I tried to fetch all the files for non-ASCII characters using grep -P -n "[\x80-\xFF]" But it could not recognize any !! I just fixed the 2 files that showed those "�" marks
