Fix metadata so latest eel-pond shows up on google #71

when you google "eel pond protocol" or the like, the first result is https://khmer-protocols.readthedocs.org/en/v0.8.1/mrnaseq/index.html which could be confusing for people.

But at least there is a warning on the top:

"Note: You are not using the most up to date version of the library. 0.8.4https://khmer-protocols.readthedocs.org/en/v0.8.4/mrnaseq/index.htmlis the newest version. "

True, not the highest of priorities... we should address it at some point though =)
