migrating ownership of https://bio.tools/khmer

Someone beside me should create an account at https://bio.tools so I can assign ownership of https://bio.tools/khmer to them

It is on their roadmap to autoupdate the metadata from whatever the F/OSS community ends up standardizing on (presumably https://codemeta.github.io/ ), so in the long term no one will need to update this manually. In the meantime..

I created an account (standage). I'd be happy to take ownership for now, and pass it on to someone else when I move on or to a lab-owned account if we choose to go that route.
