This PR replaces the bespoke script calc-weighted-overlap with mgmanysearch from https://github.com/sourmash-bio/sourmash_plugin_containment_search/.

TODO:

[ ] inspect results :)
[ ] consider replacing k-mer containment output with ANI, or augmenting by adding an ANI graph
