I suggest a few things --
indicate that Carpentries folk and other people who teach for a living are extra welcome
set up authorship and governance guidelines
lay out a strong guide in terms of WHAT CONTENT goes WHERE, by (1) demonstrating the organization, (2) articulating the purpose of each content section, and (3) making clear who makes those decisions.
provide acknowledgement and/or authorship to all contributors as per our usual practice.
this may be overkill; we can revisit this issue in case of catastrophic success :)
