This PR contains the following improvements:

MQTT payload handling on the set topic changed to be more flexible for the following improvement
More device management, see the list below. With this, ELRO Connects now has all features the app also has.
1. Joined
2. Join state disabled
3. Removed
4. Replaced
The device state protocol is improved, the signal strength is now also reported
create_device is changed to process_device, if a delete is sent by the hub, it can now be deleted within ELRO Connects
To be more true to the way the app handles things, the ctrlKey is now also used
