So that posts that are offensive, breach site terms, or can cause safeguarding issues can be reviewed by the site admins
It is acceptable when...
There is a facility when viewing a sales post to be able to flag the post for the attention of the admins
Information as to why the post was flagged can be provided in a free multi-line text box
After flagging the post to admins it is immediately hidden from the site
After flagging the post the user who flagged the post is advised the post has been flagged for admin attention
The user whose post was flagged is advised that the post has been flagged for the admin's attention
The admins are immediately informed that a post was flagged (Email / SMS Text? TBC)
Extra Information
There is a risk that a malicious member of the site could post offensive material either as text or images, or content that is in breach of the site's terms and conditions. There needs to be a mechanism where the post is flagged and hidden as soon as a user finds it offensive. The admins will then be able to review the post and if they agree the post is not acceptable edit the post, delete the post, contact the user who owns the post to edit it, or ban the user. These would be separate work items.
