as a site user i want to refine my searches so that listings that are shown to me are more relevant to what I'm searching for

it is acceptable when...

a screen exists that allows for user refinement of their search after inputting a search term
the screen allows for refinement by factors such as gauge, era, livery, steam/diesel, locomotive, wagon, coach etc
allows for sorting of items that are displayed by popularity, newest etc
