No File Apktool.yml #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. First, Im decompile settings.apk
2. And I Edit xml and values strings.xml
3. When I Want to Recompile the settings.apk, I see  not apktool.yml and that 
be problem i cannot recompile

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I USE SAMSUNG GALAXY Y GT-S5370

You should provide the output information of decompile. Some problems occurd 
when you do decompile,I think.

I thing no! Because I decompling settings.apk just xml and value

I also encounter this many times.

Uninstall the app and install again then decompile the settings.apk, after 
decompiling check if the apktool.yml file in the decompiled folder.
If it is not there then you should import the correct framework-res.apk and 
only if you are a touchwhiz  user also import the twframework-res.apk

In my case after doing this method I decompile and recompile any system app and 
third party app without any error.

I'm getting errors when trying to recompile any app.Used to work fine but not 
working bow.It says that apktool.yml does not exist.Please help me.Running it 
on JB4.1.2 Samsung Galaxy Star GT-S5282 with stock rom.
