Rationalize the way stackable area is computed for procedural generation #69

.. and put it into all objects in asset bundles in good way.

And then we make sure that the code for computing it is put into the OBJ --> Prefab --> AssetBundle process and automatically populates the mongodb so that it can then be queried in ProceduralGeneration
