extract_net writing multiviews #13

Extract net should take a multiviewtest flag which writes batches for every view used when the multiview test flag is true at train time.

@yamins81 You mentioned a couple of months ago that you would take care of this issue: just a reminder

@yamins81 It looks like I am going to need this (have to get maximum performance out of the models we have). Let me know if you still want to do it, otherwise I'm going to get started on it tomorrow.
