Remove stresstest warmups #225

The current implementation for the stresstest warmup isn't really usefull right now. We considered removing it and to replace it with an additional option for the stresstest to not store the results. Warmups should then instead be done with a separate stresstest task,

It doesn't really have any negative impacts, so we're just keeping it for now.
