IgnoredConcepts and StartConcept

The goal is to enhanced the searching in hypothesis space that would entail

• decreased runtime,
• decreased number of refined concepts,

• decreased number of calculating score/quality of concepts.

  IgnoredConcepts: we would like to define a set of concepts such that will be ignored during the search. Ignoring a concept entails that concept will not be included in search tree.

  StartConcept: we would like to define a concept as the root of search. By default, the root of search is T.
