Triplestore improvements and some tests refactoring #399

Made hierarchy load in KB optional
Overwrote methods related to hierarchy in TripleStoreKnowledgeBase
Implemented method data_property_range_axioms for TripleStoreOntology
Fixed some issues with the querying process of SPARQL queries
Removed Test cases related with owlapy (they are now moved to owlapy)
A few updates in the documentation
