At http://saim.aksw.org => link specification => start new link specification => Preset, you can select "DBPedia". It should be "DBpedia".

http://labs.mondeca.com/sparqlEndpointsStatus/ could also be used if we don't want to maintain our own list of SPARQL endpoints.
