There haven't been any code changes in 7 years, someone with admin rights should move the leftover issues into an "unfinished" milestone and close them and archive the repository, so the issues don't show up in the default view of https://github.com/issues/assigned anymore and people won't file new issues against it.
I'm not sure if it even still functions with modern versions of limes, as it seems to not use Maven and include all dependencies as jar files under source control instead.
