In a recent discussion, several people discussed to move the database for the http://lod-cloud.net/ from a Google Form to Wikidata or so. Sarven (https://twitter.com/csarven/status/990942287315324929) proposed to use LinkedDataNotification inboxes for that (https://www.w3.org/TR/ldn/).
It would be a nice feature to have a form-based frontend and a LDN frontend for submitting new seed urls .
