The code is rewritten so now you can simply change the basic hash function used. It is based on the template policy idea. A concept is used to determine if a struct meets all the requirements. This branch also

adds xxhash, roobinhood martinus and wyhash as policies,
reworks the folder structure,
reworks the tests to be templatized,
corrects the examples and dockerfile accordingly.
