First version of github action integration. However there are a few things to be decided:

when should the tests run?
should the documentation use the github pages approach with the gh_pages branch?

When this is merged, it needs to be squashed. Otherwise the history will be flooded by all the commits.

conan remote add dice-group https://api.bintray.com/conan/dice-group/tentris might be wrong. Should it be conan remote add dice-group https://api.bintray.com/conan/dice-group/dice-hash ? Question was answered.
