Historian ontology explorer graph changes. #165

Implement below functionalities :

  1. To the existing on double click functionality implement the collapsing of expanded children nodes.

Do below changes in present implementation :

  1. in the html code of component to display the filters,right side card and the graph, change the implementation to use the Angular Materials.
