Refactoring, documentation and more

• Completed task 2 and 3 mentioned on the second comment on issue #11

  • owlapy.model is disbanded
  • owlapy.owl2sparql is also removed, converter.py moved directly under owlapy
  • There are a lot of other refactoring related changes which I will describe in details on release notes.

• Fulfilled point 2 and 3 mentioned on issue #15 for the reset of the classes.

  • method get_iri() is now completely removed
  • instead we should use the property iri to get the iri,
  • also added property str to all classes which have an iri.

• Updated documentation

  • Added docstrings to owl classes based on description on OWL 2 Specification.
  • Added welcome page + usage guide with examples on Documentation. #12
  • Updated README.md in accordance

• Made some fixes here and there

  • relevant ones will be mentioned on new release notes
