Add support for generic OIDC OAuth provider like Authentik #466

I was missing the option to use Authentik for authentication. Instead of making it specific, this should also give the option to use pretty much any compatible OIDC provider.

Just realized that this is a duplicate of https://github.com/diced/zipline/pull/372 Oh well... :D

welp, its being added into v4 so I will just close this and still keep #372 as discussions for it. This PR is good though, sorry that it wouldn't be merged :(
