Clarifying instaructions to run the sample #1

Small change to get the path to the WASM output correct.

Thanks, @mikkelhegn. Till and I took a closer look at this, because it's behaving differently on my machines, possibly due to some global .NET configuration we've yet to track down. Rather than spend a bunch of time digging into that, I've pushed an update to specify the output directory explicitly, which makes it unnecessary to manually edit the spin.toml file.
