"Type in Dicekey" not working on Samsung Note 10+and IPAD Pro #51

A soft keyboard is not appearing on my Samsung Note 10+ android or my IPAD Pro. Therefore I can't enter a key.

NOTE: With a keyboard attached to my IPAD, i am able to enter a key.
