Create a password for New Entry option clarification #52

The form appears but need further explanation in particular the JSON formatted password derivation options.

I fill out the fields but the add button does not enable.

Thanks. There were bugs introduced in the last update and as our design help has been slow to arrive I went in and made some other improvements to help explain things.
