Passphrase not updating when changing site on same dicekey on dicekeys.app

The updated site seems to have an intermittent problem when attempting to change password for different sites.

It works correctly for the first site ie apple. If I change to a different site ie Google the display passphrase doesn't change.

The staging.dicekeys.com works correctly.
