After 10-15 seconds of unsuccessful scanning, suggest user cleans camera lens or moves to better a lighted area without glare #58

Since the password generation algorithm changed I finally found some time to scan to get new passwords, but in testing across several devices I ran into a weird case where the newest (best camera?) device had more trouble loading the app and scanning than a much older device. Part of the slowness was the device only being on LTE vs the older one being on wifi, but after the application loaded it still wasn't giving me the partial recognition of some of the dice that I expected.

After fighting with it not recognizing at all on the new device but scanning successfully on both a laptop and the older device, I checked the lens and realized there was a bit of dust on it and also a sneaky hair trapped between the phone case and the phone in such a way that it laid across the lens. Removing the hair and wiping off the dust allowed the webapp to start scanning quickly and consistently on the device.

A warning/reminder if it is taking a long time to scan could be helpful to prompt the user to check their environment and device and not blame the app.
