per comments in HTML, have profile section look like mockup (no labels, order items, put descriptiece copy to right

Put "Membership Verification into rounded, greyed section just like Profile and TOS per comments in HTML

shorten length of Membership Number input box

Remove excess white space at top of rounded, greyed sections.

Also, the "show DI" overlaps on the grey box, should be aboce
