Should be in a section like profile per HTML comments

[Change Status] beside status of user

[Delete Account] in top right of Profile section

[Logout] in top right of page

done - except for spilt profile sections. That requires you to modify the javascript to put data into separate tables.

Did you create a dummy structure with IDs and CSS per the mockup so that I can spend the 2 minutes stuffing the values into the correct spots?
