Pull Request Description

Changed the farmOS API links in ONBOARDING.md lines 5, 136, and 142, as well as CONTRIBUTING.md line 71. Closes #81 --- __Licensing Certification__ FarmData2 is a [Free Cultural Work](https://freedomdefined.org/Definition) and all accepted contributions are licensed as described in the LICENSE.md file.
