Update README with links #41

The README.md file should be updated with links to the appropriate resources. In additions, logos and images for GPL3, CC, farmOS, NPFI, NSF, GNOME might be added as well.

I think some specific resources to be linked should be contact information for some of the people who are leading this project. Putting that in the README.md file as well as some of the others makes it a little more convenient.

Some links have been added. It might be worth updating the format of the Acknowledgments section of this document to better support small logos and text. Maybe a grid of some sort? Maybe look at a variety of other projects and see how they handle it.
