Hide Reports and Quick forms Tabs #46

By default farmOS displays tabs for Reports and Quick forms that are not relevant to FarmData2. These tabs should be removed from the UI.

This can be done in the farmOS UI via the admin account:

Once those modules are disabled it will be necessary to recreate the sample database. The directions for that are included in the README in the docker/sampleDB/README.md file.

It is unclear if disabling any of these module will cause other issues. That should be investigated by thoroughly experimenting with FarmData2/farmOS after disabling them to see if errors or warnings appear.
