Wrong command given in user guide for editing volunteer's skills #3

In the FAQ section:

The user guide states we can use the eedit command to change the volunteer's skills to match the role. But it does not work.

I believe the user guide should mention vedit instead.

Reason for disagreement: Low severity bugs only happen occasionally and cause a minor inconvenience.

However, I don't think this bug only happens occasionally (since readers will follow the user guide and try the command). Every new reader who follows the guide will face this issue.

This also causes inconvenience as the reader has to figure out what was wrong themselves. If they are not familiar with the app and other commands, rectifying this issue might take them a long time.
